This is not always a cheat: GameGuard's blacklist also flags memory editors, macro tools, some overlays and utilities, and even malware that matches its list. The fix is to close all unnecessary programs before launching, especially anything that could be classed as a cheat, trainer, macro or memory tool, then open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and end any illegal or flagged processes. Because the culprit is sometimes a virus in GameGuard's blacklist, run an up-to-date virus scan to remove it. If you cannot tell what is triggering it, use Diagnostic startup (via msconfig) to boot Windows with only essential services, launch the game, and then re-enable programs one at a time to find the offender. Because 200 is a detection of a specific program rather than a ban, removing that program lets the game run.
